Left behind from the last load. Smell the machine, wipe it down, and make sure it’s fresh and ready.
3. WE’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT
(but we’re totally here to help if something’s fishy). We have CCTV.
4. BE COOL & KIND
Other people need machines too. Track your laundry like a pro with the complimentary SMS reminder. Grab your laundry within 15 minutes of the cycle ending, or it’ll be waiting (in whatever shape it’s in).
5. WE HOLD ONTO LEFT BEHINDS FOR 48 HOURS
And then ship them of to a loving home with our local charity partners.
6. PET LOADS (House Pets Only!)
Our pet-friendly machines are for indoor pets only. Think couch-loving dogs, doona-hogging cats.
If it’s come from a barn, paddock or kennel, it’s not the right fit. Let’s keep it fresh for all.
1. SUITABILITY FOR LAUNDERING
By using our magical wash, dry, fold services, you’re letting us know that your clothes are ready for a spin (literally)! Everything you send in should be cool with machine washing and tumble drying. Important: We won’t be held responsible for any fashion faux pas caused by sending in items that aren’t laundry-friendly. So check those care labels, fashionistas!
2. DAMAGED LAUNDRY let’s avoid this
We promise to treat your clothes like royalty, but here’s the deal: we need your help! Check those pockets! Lipsticks, pens, chewing gum, jewellery… they don’t mix well with laundry. We can’t be detectives for every pocket, so help us help you. Follow the label rules. If your item says “Dry Clean Only,” it’s probably being a diva for a reason. Please don’t send it to us for a regular wash.
3. WASH LOADS team work makes the dream work
By default, we toss all your gear into one glorious laundry load. But if you’ve got diva items (like white tees who don’t wanna hang with dark jeans), just let us know! We can do separate loads for an extra $10–$20, depending on how big your laundry mountain is. Easy peasy.
4. LOST LAUNDRY the case of the missing sock
We try our absolute best to keep your laundry safe and sound. But we don’t count each sock and tee (because we’d be here forever).
If you think something’s missing, holler at us within 24 hours so we can play detective. We tag and track as much as we can.
5. DETERGENTS & SOFTENERS smells like clean spirit
We use top-notch, hospital-grade detergent and fabric softener that’ll leave your laundry fresh and happy. Unfortunately, we can’t take custom soap requests or special potion bottles—our machines are exclusive.
6. WEAR & TEAR a little bit of love
Even the gentlest wash has its side effects. A little fading, fraying, or button fatigue might happen—it’s all part of the laundry journey. We’ll do our best to keep things fresh, but we do reserve the right to say “no thanks” to items that look like they need spa treatment, not laundry service.
